The Ninja Chef worked in the food service industry for years as a chef, kitchen manager, sous chef, cafeteria slop cook, nearly every position in the industry. He is aware of when restaurants are attempting to bullshit him with craptastic Sysco products listed as "fresh" and he will call them on it and report back here. So if he's coming to your establishment, you better be on your toes or you'll get NINJA-ED!

Next time me and the caffeine queen go out to eat, or visit a cafe, you'll get pictures and a story. I'm also a writer of narrative nonfiction and story-telling will be a part of this delightful. hopefully mostly delectable, project.
