The Ninja Chef worked in the food service industry for years as a chef, kitchen manager, sous chef, cafeteria slop cook, nearly every position in the industry. He is aware of when restaurants are attempting to bullshit him with craptastic Sysco products listed as "fresh" and he will call them on it and report back here.
